Mediation Services in Georgia
Impartial, confidential support for workplace and business conflict. Resolutions without the cost and time of litigation.
What Is a Registered Neutral?
A Registered Neutral with the State of Georgia is an impartial third party trained and credentialed to help people and organizations resolve disputes outside of court. Unlike a lawyer or advocate, a neutral doesn’t represent either side — the role is to guide both parties toward a resolution they help shape themselves.
Korin Mills holds this registration and brings it together with years of experience in workplace facilitation and executive coaching — a combination that lets her navigate both the practical dispute and the relationship underneath it.
Offerings
Workplace Mediation
For conflicts between employees, managers, or leadership teams that have stalled progress, damaged trust, or put working relationships at risk. Sessions are confidential and structured to get both sides talking productively again.
Common situations: communication breakdowns, disputes between coworkers or leaders, conflict following a reorganization or leadership change, harassment or grievance disputes referred for mediation.
Business & Commercial Dispute Mediation
For businesses, partners, contractors, or vendors in disagreement who want a faster, lower-cost, more private path to resolution than litigation.
Common situations: partnership or co-founder disputes, contract disagreements, vendor/client conflicts, disputes referred by counsel or the courts.
Facilitation for Workplace Meetings & Discussions
For teams or leadership groups who need a neutral, skilled facilitator in the room for a conversation that’s too important — or too tense — to leave unguided.
Common situations: post-conflict team resets, leadership transitions, difficult all-hands conversations, culture or trust repair work.
Executive & Leadership Coaching
Ongoing coaching for leaders and professionals who want to build the communication and conflict-navigation skills that prevent disputes before they escalate.

FAQ
What’s the difference between a mediator and an arbitrator?
A mediator facilitates a conversation to help both sides reach their own agreement. An arbitrator listens to both sides and makes a binding decision. My registration and current services are centered on mediation and facilitation, not binding arbitration.
Is mediation legally binding?
Mediated agreements can be put in writing and signed by both parties, which can then be legally enforceable as a contract — but the mediator doesn’t impose a decision the way a judge or arbitrator would.
Does mediation work if the parties don’t get along?
Yes — in fact, that’s often exactly when a skilled neutral is most useful. The goal isn’t to make people like each other; it’s to get to a workable resolution.
Is this covered by attorney referral or court order?
If you’ve been referred by an attorney or the court for mediation, reach out directly to your referral source to confirm scheduling and any required documentation.
